Job Description

• Coordinate and supervise structural works and ensure works are carried out are in accordance to drawings, specifications, shop drawings and method statements.
• Arrange and facilitate RE/RTO inspections.
• To ensure site works are carried out according to daily / weekly site coordination schedule.
• Control and minimize material wastages.
• Resolve any site issues faced at the work site.
• Monitor and lead work of contractors and workers

Requirements

• 5 years’ experience in Building Construction or private residential projects, such as landed properties.
• Formal education
• Certificate in Building Construction Safety Supervisor Course
