Job summary

CHINA CONSTRUCTION REALTY CO. PTE. LTD. is seeking a site supervisor to monitor tradeworks subcontractors and ensure installations align with approved drawings. You will plan materials, track deliveries, and manage on-site safety.

Applicants should have a minimum GCE N level with at least 3 years of site experience, and holding Building Construction Safety Supervisor and Work-At-Height certificates is required. Infrastructure project experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE N level or equivalent with 3 years of site experience.
• Experience in infrastructure projects is an advantage.
• Must have Building Construction Safety Supervisor Certificate and Work-At-Height Certificate

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate and monitor the works of tradeworks subcontractor to meet the project schedule and ensure installation works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings.
• Plan, order and monitor the materials on site, control materials wastage and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Ability to interpret drawings.
• Manage of foreign workers.
