Job description

Able to read construction drawings and possess strong skills in formwork, rebar, concreting, and surveying.

To lead installation teams at construction sites, planning and executing work according to the project schedule.

To plan manpower deployment required for site works efficiently.

To ensure optimal utilization of manpower, raw materials, and consumables for construction projects.

To oversee work progress and resolve technical issues that may arise on-site.

To ensure all construction activities comply with safety procedures.

To report work progress to the project team regularly.

To liaise with main or sub-contractors for coordination and installation, handle complaints, and provide feedback.

To manage all on-site matters and assist with technical issues.

Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Manager.

Willing to work outdoors with a minimum working schedule from Monday to Saturday.
