Job summary

A construction management firm in Singapore is seeking a Project Manager to oversee projects ensuring timely completion within scope and budget. The ideal candidate has a background in civil engineering or architecture and at least 3 years of experience in landed housing projects. Responsibilities include task allocation, quality assurance, and liaison with contractors and suppliers.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in Landed Housing Projects.

Job description

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee all projects to ensure completion on time within scope and budget.
  • Able to lead the workers independently and effectively to bring out the best of each individual
  • Observe proper construction safety and its requirements for our site team to follow. Ensure that the site adhere to all regulatory requirements and comply with high safety standards.
  • Ensure all construction and installation activities meet quality standards and comply with respective architecture requirements, within our scope of work and supply.
  • Able to control and allocate tasks to respective workers on Structural and Architectural works
  • To generate Rebar Bar Bending Schedule.
  • Liaise with all sub-contractors / suppliers to ensure they can perform / supply materials within stipulated lead time smooth project handover, without delay.
  • Attend and cater to consultants' needs and requirements where possible to provide sound advice on alternative plans if needed.
  • Recognize and solve potential problems and evaluate project accordingly.
  • To be able to provide regular operational progress report to the Project Engineers
  • Communicate effectively between internal management, team and main consultants.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in Civil Engineering/Architecture/Construction Management/Project Management, recognised by BCA.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in Landed Housing Projects.
  • Perform any other ad hoc duties.
