Job details

• Pay: $3,000 - $4,800 a month

Responsibilities

• Manage daily production operations to meet production schedules and internal quality requirements.
• Allocate manpower effectively across sections and production lines to optimize productivity.
• Provide training and guidance to production staff
• Ensure all the document, report and record are properly maintained
• Ensure the GMP practices are strictly followed
• Ad-hoc project as assigned by the Production Manager
• Strong leadership, decision making and analytical skills with presentable and persuasive manner.
• Leading a group of managers for Factory Administration as well as Resources Planning & Execution that facilitates Manufacturing Operations.

Additional responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and manpower across production facilities and sites, including coordinating with sub-contractors and vendors as needed.
• Oversee and supervise facilities, maintenance, and safety procedures; prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work.
• Supervise warehouse operations including receiving, storage, order picking, dispatch, and guiding warehouse staff and drivers.
• Oversee and manage office supplies, inventory, equipment, and administrative department.
• Lead training and coaching of team members to motivate performance.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a warehouse supervisor or in a similar management position.
• Overseeing receiving and dispatching procedures for shipments.
• Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance.
• Able to lead training and coaching of the team member, to motivate them and sometimes be the bad guy.
