Job summary

A leading construction firm is seeking an experienced supervisor to oversee project execution and manage documentation to fulfill client requirements. The ideal candidate should have a diploma in engineering, supervisory experience in construction, and essential skills in project management and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of construction field experience in a supervisory role.
• Possess Class 3 Driving License.

Responsibilities

• Check Handover Form and documentation from Sales and Design Teams.
• Oversee installation of playground equipment and conduct necessary testing.
• Manage workers and ensure project completion based on schedule.

Job description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• To check through Handover Form and all documentations from Sales and Design Teams to meet the client’s requirements

• To conduct site preparations, demolition works, civil works and/or laying safety surfacing in compliance to all safety and company’s requirements

• To oversee installation of playground equipment, lightning protection system and/or other works as per client’s requirements

• To coordinate with workers and/or sub-contractors on conducting all the necessary testing and warranty issuances as per client’s requirements

• To prepare operational documentations at the point of handing over to client

• To manage workers and/or sub-contractors on completing projects based on schedule

• To assist Operations Manager to perform any other related duties as required

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical) or equivalent.

At least 2 Year(s) of construction field experience in a supervisory role.

• Possess Class 3 Driving License

• Possess Safety Compliance Trainings & Certifications

• Required skill(s) : Able to read Drawings, Microsoft Office - particularly Word and Excel and good email communication skills
