Job summary

TIEN SENG ENGINEERING in Singapore seeks an on-site supervisor to lead workers in concrete placement, formwork, and reinforcement tasks on active projects.

You will read and interpret drawings, calculate material quantities, and ensure proper erection of timber, aluminium and steel formwork, while coordinating with the manager on additional duties and safety requirements to keep sites productive and compliant.

Qualifications

• Ability to read construction drawings.
• Experience with formwork, reinforcement and concreting.
• Knowledge of timber/aluminium/steel formwork types.
