• Oversee end to end building construction process.
• Responsible for all site implementations and completion that meets management set targets and client’s expectations, and compliance to authorities’ regulations.
• Responsible for project planning, cost control and project documentation.
• Provide direction in construction planning, coordinate works with sub- contractors, Client and Consultants to ensure overall construction progress based on the schedule of works.
• Ensure timely and smooth progress of works.
• Ensure quality of works is achieved, safety and environmental regulations are met.
• Lead a team of project staff.
