Job summary

Une entreprise de construction à Singapour recherche un superviseur expérimenté pour coordonner et superviser les chantiers. Le candidat idéal a au moins 2 ans d'expérience dans le secteur de la construction et possède d'excellentes compétences en communication en anglais et en mandarin. Ce rôle implique la gestion des ressources humaines et le maintien des normes de qualité dans les travaux exécutés.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 ans d'expérience pertinente dans le secteur de la construction.
• Attitude proactive, autonome, esprit d'équipe.

Responsibilities

• Coordonner et superviser le travail des sous-traitants et des travailleurs internes.
• Assurer la conformité aux exigences du projet et à la portée des travaux.
• Surveiller la qualité et l'avancement des travaux exécutés.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise the work of sub-contractors and in-house workers.
• Understand and ensure compliance in project requirement and scope of work.
• Cooperate with safety personnel to ensure adherence to health and safety at all times.
• Assist Project Managers and Project Engineers on the daily execution of permanent and temporary works such as road diversions, drainage and pavement work and etc.
• Ensure installation is carried out as per construction drawings.
• Ensure that works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship with observation of strict deadlines.
• Perform equipment, materials, and routine inspections.
• To monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers.
• Attend the daily tool-box meeting and convey clear instruction accordingly.
• Maintain and update work progress records, housekeeping and prepare reports.
• Responsible for manpower planning and usage at site.
• Other ad hoc duties assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in Construction Sector
• Highly proactive attitude, self-motivated, team player, strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Proficient in verbal and written english and mandarin
