Job description

1. In charge of Building and Construction, Consulting, Engineering, General Management, and Professional Services. Supervise all workers onsite and oversee daily reports.

2. Ensure that works are carried out according to design specifications, meeting safety, health, environmental, and stakeholder comfort requirements.

3. Identify defects and damages in site infrastructure, including equipment and facilities, as well as theft, accidents, and incidents.

4. Conduct safety training to promote safety awareness. Ensure all site personnel adhere to safety rules and regulations.

5. Participate in the Safety Committee and ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards, including Authority Code of Practices (COP) and WSH, MOH, & MOM Guidelines.

6. Resolve unexpected problems or difficulties that may arise at sites.

7. Prepare regular reports on site progress, resource utilization, requirements, and ongoing activities.
