Job Description & Requirements

The Site Supervisor is responsible for the design of electrical systems and their inspection. He/She manages a team of electricians and oversees project timelines.

He/She works indoors, outdoors, and occasionally in cramped spaces, with irregular hours based on project demands, escalations, and schedules.

Responsibilities include testing installations and systems, analyzing data, and ensuring projects meet electrical and construction safety regulations, guidelines, and time constraints without compromising safety at any time.

A knowledge of estimating material, construction, and labor costs, as well as project timescales, is essential.

He/She should have a pleasant disposition and be able to communicate effectively under pressure.
