Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise Installation Crews: Lead and manage curtain wall installation teams, ensuring compliance with approved drawings and work instructions.
• Coordinate with Stakeholders: Liaise with project managers, subcontractors, and various trades to ensure seamless project execution.
• Enforce Safety Compliance: Uphold site safety standards, conduct safety inspections, and ensure the use of proper personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Ensure Quality Standards: Monitor workmanship, perform regular inspections, and maintain high standards in line with project specifications.
• Maintain Project Documentation: Keep detailed records of daily activities, material usage, safety checks, and on-site issues.
• Provide Technical Support: Troubleshoot technical issues and offer guidance to resolve installation challenges effectively.
• Manage Materials: Oversee delivery schedules, site storage, and material availability to prevent project delays.
• Interpret Drawings: Understand architectural, structural, and shop drawings to guide accurate installation.
• Attend Site Meetings: Participate in project meetings to report progress, resolve issues, and plan upcoming works.
