SITE SUPERVISOR

Job Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and supervise the work of subcontractors and in-house workers.
2. Understand and ensure compliance with project requirements and scope of work.
3. Co-operate with safety personnel to ensure adherence to Workplace Safety & Health at all times.
4. Assist PM and Project Engineers in the daily execution of permanent and temporary works such as road diversion, drainage, and pavement work.
5. Ensure installation is carried out as per construction drawings.
6. Ensure that work is executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship while observing strict deadlines.
7. Perform routine inspections of safety, equipment, and materials.
8. Monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers.
9. Attend daily toolbox meetings and convey clear instructions accordingly.
10. Maintain and update work progress records, housekeeping, and prepare reports.
11. Responsible for materials and manpower planning usage at the site.
12. Other ad hoc duties assigned on a day-to-day basis (Night shift required).

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
2. Candidate with relevant certification will be an added advantage.
