Job description

We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to ensure the reliability, scalability, availability, and performance of production applications and platforms. The role involves a strong combination of Java, SRE practices, Production Support, and Platform Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain production applications and platforms, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Provide L2/L3 production support, troubleshoot incidents, and drive root-cause analysis.
• Develop and maintain Java-based applications, services, and automation scripts.
• Implement SRE practices including monitoring, observability, alerting, incident management, and automation.
• Support Platform Engineering initiatives to improve deployment, scalability, resilience, and operational efficiency.
• Automate repetitive operational processes and improve system reliability.Participate in on-call support, incident response, problem management, and disaster recovery activities.
• Collaborate with Development, DevOps, Cloud, and Infrastructure teams to improve application stability.
