What you will do

• Operate and support Plaud.ai applications in production
• Manage releases and ensure deployment quality
• Diagnose and resolve application issues
• Work closely with engineering and customer teams
• Improve operational workflows and tooling

Skills, qualifications and experience we look for

• 5+ years of experience in AppOps, Production Support, or Ops Engineering
• Strong Linux knowledge and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with cloud-hosted applications
• Familiarity with microservices architecture
• Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred

• Experience with AI or SaaS products
• Knowledge of Kubernetes or container technologies
• Experience handling customer-facing incidents
• Familiarity with observability/monitoring tools
• Scripting or automation experience
