Job summary

REOLINK Technology Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Lead & Senior Site Reliability Engineer to ensure the robustness of our cloud services. You will oversee availability, performance, and incident response while guiding a small team.

The role emphasizes compliance, secure access, change and release management, and automation driven by scalable infrastructure. You’ll document operations and contribute to architecture discussions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field.
• 3–5 years in cloud services and operations, with at least 1 year in leadership.
• Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Hands-on with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiar with CI/CD processes and tools like Jenkins and GitLab CI.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high availability and system stability through monitoring and on-call duties.
• Ensure compliance with privacy laws and implement secure access controls.
• Manage change control, versioning, and release activities.
• Drive automation and optimize infrastructure to scale the business.
• Produce operational documentation and provide feedback on architecture.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s Degree or above; a degree in computer science or a related field is preferred.
2. At least3-5 years of experience incloud services productsandapplication operationsand minimum 1 year of managerial experience.
3. Familiar with cloud platform deployment and management(AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.).
4. Experience with automation operations and container technologies(Docker, Kubernetes).
5. Familiarity withCI / CD processesand tools (eJenkins, GitLab CI).

Responsibilities ( Lead & Senior SRE | Site Reliability Engineer )

High Availability and Stability Maintenance of Application Systems:

• Includes daily monitoring, alert response, emergency handling, on-call duties, regular system health checks, and performance optimization.

Compliance and Secure Access Construction for Application Systems:

• Ensure operational design, processes, and data management comply with relevant privacy and data protection laws.
• Ensure compliance with full auditing and regulatory checks and provide auditing materials as required.

Change and Release Management:

• Best practices for application system changes, including change control, version management, and rollback strategies, while ensuring operational duties during release windows.

Automation and Infrastructure Optimization:

• Drive operational automation by designing and implementing automated tools and processes, ensuring resource allocation is optimized and supporting business scalability.

Other Operational Practices and Work Arrangements:

• Providefeedback and suggestions for business architecture design and continuously produce operational technical documentation.
