As a Site Reliability and SecOps Engineer, you will work closely with multi-functional teams to automate operations, optimize infrastructure, implement security measures, and resolve issues in an exciting, fast-paced environment. You will play a vital role in ensuring our systems are reliable, scalable, and high-performing.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, Security, Software Engineering, or related fields.
• Strong foundation in programming languages such as Java, Python, Bash, or LUA.
• Proficient in Linux and networking concepts (TLS/SSL, DNS, Load Balancers, etc.).
• Experience troubleshooting in large-scale environments.
• Hands-on experience with cloud technologies like AWS or GCP, and container technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Splunk, Grafana, CloudWatch).
• Experience with databases, including Relational and NoSQL (e.g., Oracle, MongoDB).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong experience with Network and Load Balancing (Nginx, Envoy, NetScaler).
• Experience in heuristic data analysis and pattern detection.
• Knowledge of security standards, policies, and cryptography.
• Experience in incident/problem management and root cause analysis (RCA).
• Good understanding of storage, secrets management, deployment tools, and containers.
• Knowledge of privacy, compliance, and security best practices.
• Experience with source control (e.g., Git), and understanding of CI/CD, release engineering, and DevOps practices.
