Job description

Location: Singapore, Singapore

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage ODC products in GCP Cloud within a DevOps team, following SRE principles.
  2. Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation tools.
  3. Provide technical guidance during Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings, especially for high-impact changes.
  4. Support operational tasks to shape product roadmaps and ensure operational readiness.
  5. Complete handover milestones to Tier I and II teams, complying with SLAs.
  6. Monitor systems using real-time monitoring tools.
  7. Prepare and review technical documentation for products and customer requirements.
  8. Maintain the integrity of the solution's functional baseline and architecture.
  9. Guide the evolution of services and conduct technical analyses.
  10. Deploy Thales products in cloud environments.
  11. Perform performance tuning, stay updated on technological developments, and update service platforms.
  12. Conduct onboarding tests, communicate technical risks, and assist in mitigation planning.
  13. Provide 24/7 on-call support in shifts.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  2. Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, GCP administration, and support in production environments.
  3. Minimum of 4 years in infrastructure and application design, development, and implementation.
  4. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and service delivery best practices.
  5. Experience with GCP, monitoring tools, networking, infrastructure, and Linux.
  6. Strong skills in system integration, maintenance, and automation tools such as Gitlab.
  7. Experience with CI/CD tools like Gitlab, Terraform, Helm.
  8. Proficiency in scripting languages such as Shell or Python.
  9. Solid understanding of Linux, TCP/IP, HTTP(S) protocols.
  10. Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
  11. Experience with Google Cloud Platform is highly preferred.
  12. Kubernetes certification is highly preferred.
  13. Experience in the Telecom domain is highly preferred.
  14. Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies is highly preferred, with certifications preferred.
Other Information:
  • Location: One North, Singapore
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am - 6 pm
  • On-call support: 24/7 shift rotation (approximately one shift every 2 months per team member)
