Job summary

ELITEZ SITE SUPERVISION PTE. LTD. is seeking a Resident Technical Officer to supervise construction works on site and ensure QA processes align with contract drawings and specifications.

The role involves coordinating with contractors and Consultants to maintain safety, progress, and quality at the project site. Candidates should hold a civil/structural engineering diploma or NCSS and be registered with IES.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering or NCSS.
• Must be registered with IES as a Resident Technical Officer.
• At least 1 year of supervision experience.
• Experience supervising precast components.
• Attention to detail and resourcefulness.
• Project located at Changi Business Park.

Responsibilities

• Assist Consultants/client in the supervision and quality assurance of construction works on site
• Ensure that all installation methods and material used are in accordance with the contract drawings and specifications
• Liaise with the contractors/sub-contractors in the coordination of site works
• Highlight discrepancies, feedback site progress and irregularities to Consultants
• Ensure the contractors maintain work safety, cleanliness and tidiness of the site
