Job summary

JIB PROJECT SOLUTION PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Site Supervisor to oversee construction activities, ensuring work aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and contract requirements.

You will drive quality outcomes and promptly resolve technical issues on site. The role requires a degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, RTO registration with IES, and at least three years of site supervision experience.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related discipline.
• Registration as a Resident Technical Officer (RTO) with IES.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant site supervision experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead site supervision to ensure construction works align with approved drawings, specifications, and contract requirements
• Enforce compliance with BCA regulations, codes of practice, and project quality standards throughout construction activities
• Inspect workmanship and materials on site to verify adherence to quality and safety standards
• Coordinate technical matters with consultants, contractors, and site personnel to facilitate smooth project execution
• Participate in site meetings and produce detailed inspection records and reports to document progress and issues
• Identify, report, and manage non-conformance, site issues, and deviations to the Qualified Person promptly
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation and records related to site works and inspections
• Operate independently with full-time stationing on site to ensure continuous oversight and timely decision-making
