Job summary

Proskill Workforce Pte Ltd is seeking a Resident Engineer / Resident Technical Officer to represent clients on construction sites in Singapore, ensuring projects comply with contracts, regulations and approved specifications while monitoring quality and safety standards.

You will read and interpret drawings, guide site activities, verify compliance, inspect materials and conduct tests to confirm quality and suitability.

Qualifications

• Experience on PSA projects or similar large-scale construction projects.
• Availability to start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients on construction sites to oversee project execution and compliance.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and project details to guide site activities.
• Verify that construction projects adhere to contractual agreements and regulatory requirements.
• Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure quality standards are met.
• Conduct tests on materials to assess and confirm their quality and suitability.
• Prepare detailed progress reports to update clients on project status and issues.
• Ensure all construction work follows approved drawings and technical specifications.
• Enforce safety precautions and requirements to maintain a safe working environment on site.
