is seeking an Assist Principal Project Manager / Senior Project Manager / Project Manager to support day-to-day contract management on-site in Singapore. The role focuses on quality and safety, non-conformances, and ensuring works meet specifications and programme. The candidate should have a degree in Civil & Structural engineering and at least 2 years of viaduct/flyover or cut-and-cover tunnel experience in a construction setting, with proficiency in planning

Qualifications

Pro-active team player with good analytical and communication skills.
Experience in civil/structural/geotechnical design will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

Assist in day-to-day management of the contract.
Advise on-site quality and safety issues.
Determine non-conformances on works.
Liaise with Contractor to rectify non-conformances and document them properly.
Convey on-site decisions to Contractor within a reasonable timeframe.
Ensure works follow specifications, drawings and programme without compromising quality and safety.
Provide feedback on quality and safety matters and suggest improvements.
Supervise installation and monitoring of instrumentation.
Lead a team of supervisors for full-time supervision on site.
Assist in operating the PMCC.
