is seeking a seasoned construction site supervisor with Civil/Structural background to oversee large-span steel structures, trusses, bored piling, and RC works. You will coordinate with the OIC, project director, client, and contractors to monitor progress and ensure QA/QC compliance. You will attend site meetings, assist in verification of contractor reports, and liaise with authorities to obtain required approvals.

Formación

• 3 years of experience in construction of large span steel structures, trusses, bored piling works, RC works, civil & structural/geotechnical works.
• Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering.
• Able to work independently on fast-paced projects and manage coordination on site.
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills and MS Office proficiency.
• Ability to foresee, plan and run upcoming site activities with mitigation plans.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and report on progress of work to OIC, Project Director, Client and contractors.
• Attend site, progress, variation and coordination meetings.
• Attend QAQC meetings to audit quality across works by contractors.
• Assist in verification of reports and claims for civil, structural, geotechnical and M&E works.
• Facilitate supervision team in resolving main contractor queries and coordinate works on site.
• Liaise with authorities and stakeholders to obtain approvals to commence works.
• Verify reports and claims submitted by main contractors and sub-contractors.
• Provide feedback on site issues and prepare minutes of meetings with contractors.
