Job summary

ML PROSPEC (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Civil Engineering Project Coordinator to support project planning, quality control, and progress tracking on site.

You will read drawings, coordinate with consultants and subcontractors, and prepare progress reports with site photos and documentation. Responsibilities include liaising with authorities and neighbours to ensure a safe working environment, and communicating clearly with all levels while working independently as required.

Qualifications

• Candidate possesses a degree in civil engineering or construction-related field.
• Ability to read drawings, write and speak in English.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Basic computer skills for editing documents and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Report to project director and help ensure quality, progress, cost, safety and environmental controls.
• Coordinate with consultants and subcontractors for technical, quality and progress.
• Prepare monthly and weekly progress reports and keep site photos, documents, correspondences and samples well organized.
• Liaise with authorities’ inspection team and neighbours to maintain a safe, friendly working environment.
• Read drawings and communicate effectively with all levels; work independently as needed.

Job description

• Coordination with consultants and the sub-contractors for technical, quality and progress.
• Preparation of monthly and weekly progress report and keep good records of site photos, documents & correspondences and samples.
• Liaise with the authorities’ inspection team and neighbours to achieve a safe and friendly working environment.
• Candidate possess at least a Degree in Civil Engineering or construction relevant.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in construction industry.
• Basic computer skills to edit Microsoft, AutoCad, PDF & Etc.
• Able to read drawings, write and speak in English.
• Ability to work independently and communicate with all levels.
