Job summary

A recruitment firm is seeking a Site Mechanical Engineer for positions based in Singapore. The role involves monitoring safety procedures, coordinating with the PSA team, and ensuring compliance on site. Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily work schedule with PSA in charge.
  • Attend daily site work to ensure work safety and proper tools usage.
  • Check and ensure all safety procedures/awareness and compliance are adhered to by the team members.
  • Conduct safety pre-inspection for tools and equipment for validity.
  • Brief and manage safety briefing with wire ropes replacement team.
  • Resolve on-site issues with both wire ropes team and PSA personnel.
  • Engage with PSA engineers and PSA management for feedback and new technical procedures/requirements on Site work.
  • General administrative duties.

Location: PSA Tuas Terminal/ City Terminal / Jurong Island

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm)

Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4,500 + OT Payable + Variable Bonus

Duration: Permanent
