Job description

The Site Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating all site activities to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations. Key responsibilities include:

1. Operations & Planning

  • Oversee day-to-day site activities to ensure smooth and timely execution.
  • Review work plans, monitor manpower deployment, and ensure alignment with project timelines.
  • Anticipate delays and coordinate effective solutions with relevant parties.

2. Safety & Compliance

  • Champion a strong safety culture in line with the client's safety requirements.
  • Lead safety inspections, audits, and site meetings.
  • Ensure timely closure of safety observations and maintain full compliance with regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain proper documentation for safety and site operations.

3. Team & Stakeholder Management

  • Supervise site supervisors and workers, providing direction and performance feedback.
  • Conduct daily briefings and ensure clear communication of expectations.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for the client and stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing issues promptly.

4. Continuous Improvement

Identify and implement improvements to enhance safety, productivity, and work processes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in site management within an industrial or refinery setting.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
