The role requires coordinating multiple trades, ensuring schedule, budget, and safety compliance, and maintaining thorough site documentation. The ideal candidate has a Diploma in Civil/Construction Engineering with 5+ years of experience in HDB, condo, or landed developments and strong leadership abilities to guide site foremen and supervisors on complex sites

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil/Construction Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in HDB, Condo, and Landed projects.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities on site.
• Ability to lead site teams effectively.
