Job summary

Recruit Expert Pte. Ltd. is seeking a proactive Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day activities on HDB, condo, and landed residential projects in Singapore.

You will ensure works align with approved drawings, specifications and schedules, while managing a team of contractors to uphold safety and quality standards. Applicants should hold a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related fields, with at least 3 years of relevant site experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in civil engineering, building or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of site experience in HDB, condo and/or landed residential projects.
• Familiar with local building codes, HDB standards and construction methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate day-to-day site activities to ensure works meet drawings, specs and schedules.
• Supervise contractors and subcontractors on HDB, condo and landed residential projects for quality, safety and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor construction progress, resolve site issues and coordinate with consultants, PMs and authorities.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality control, and HDB/BCA regulations.
