Site Manager (East/Main Contractor)

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee day-to-day construction operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage on-site activities, workers, and subcontractors.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean, hazard-free site.

• Monitor project timelines, budget, and resource allocation.

• Liaise with engineers, project managers, and suppliers.

• Resolve on-site issues and keep accurate project records.

• Ensure valid permits are in place and manage site waste per company policy.

What we are looking for

• Proven experience in construction site management or supervision.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Knowledge of construction safety practices and regulations.

• Relevant certifications and diploma/degree in construction or engineering preferred.
