We are seeking a highly capable Site Manager to lead and manage day-to-day Warehousing & Distribution operations for a key Life Sciences & Healthcare customer in Singapore. This position is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, compliance with industry regulations, delivering customer satisfaction, and managing overall site profitability. The role will also serve as the single point of contact (POC) for both internal teams and the customer, driving collaboration and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management:
• Oversee end-to-end warehousing and distribution activities to ensure operational KPIs and service levels are consistently met.
• Lead a cross-functional team across warehouse operations, inventory control, transportation, and quality.
• Ensure compliance with GDP, GxP, ISO standards, and other Life Sciences & Healthcare regulations.
• Monitor cold chain processes and infrastructure to meet product handling requirements.
Customer Relationship Management:
• Act as the primary contact for the customer, ensuring smooth communication, issue resolution, and alignment with business objectives.
• Conduct regular business reviews, performance meetings, and drive customer satisfaction initiatives.
• Understand evolving customer needs and proactively offer value-added solutions.
• Manage site-level P&L including revenue, cost, and profitability analysis.
• Drive operational efficiency and cost control initiatives.
• Support business planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
Stakeholder & People Management:
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders – Commercial, Finance, IT, HR, and Leadership.
• Manage staffing, training, and performance of operational teams.
• Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance productivity, service quality, and safety.
• Ensure documentation and SOPs are updated and aligned with audit requirements.
• Prepare for and support internal and external audits (quality, regulatory, and customer).

Required Skills, Experience and Competencies:
Qualification & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 8–12 years of relevant experience in Warehousing & Distributions operations, including 3– 5 years in a managerial capacity.
• Prior experience in Life Sciences & Healthcare logistics is strongly preferred.
• Sound knowledge of warehouse automation, WMS, and cold chain logistics.
• Strong understanding of P&L management and financial reporting.
• Proven leadership, problem-solving, and customer management skills.
