4. Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations on site

5. Collaborate with the project management team to develop and implement effective construction plans and strategies

6. Provide regular updates to the client and key stakeholders on project status and milestones

7. Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment and champion a culture of continuous improvement
