Overview

We are woodwork and carpentry service provider in various site, and we looking for a Site Manager to meet our business needs. He/she will

• Liaising with the client, other construction professionals and, sometimes, members of the public when require.
• Coordinating and supervising construction workers
• Maintain and manage site storage areas for materials and equipment.
• Planning ahead to prevent the problem on-site before it occurs, planning the delivery and storage of equipment and materials.
• Making safety inspections and ensuring construction site safety
• Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings
• Ensure progress of work is within budget and timelines as well as quality and safety objectives.
• Finding ways to prevent problems from happening and to solve any that crop up
• Assessing and minimising risk
• Writing reports and keeping on top of paperwork
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Outstanding communications and negotiation skills

As site managers work on site wherever that site is, be prepared to relocate or face a longer commute as and when required.
