Job Title: Site Manager

Company: ZJCC ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD.

Location: Singapore

Position Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise the construction site team, managing daily operations to ensure progress according to the planned schedule, quality standards, and budget.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure availability of materials, equipment, and manpower for uninterrupted progress.
  • Ensure all site activities comply with health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications, contract terms, and relevant regulations.
  • Manage site-related costs to keep the project within the approved budget.
  • Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments, and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents and incidents on-site.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in project and site management within the local construction industry.
  • Proven ability to manage and lead project teams with experience in construction project planning.
  • Preferably with experience in LTA & PUB projects.
