Job summary

LESUS ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Construction Implementation professional to lead on-site execution with direct workforce.

The role focuses on piping and equipment installation, testing and commissioning of process utilities, and strong project control. You will mentor colleagues, manage the construction team, and oversee material and manpower usage to ensure safety and quality. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in construction implementation, proficiency in MS Excel/Word, and

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of Construction Implementation experience using direct workforce.
• Deep experience in piping and equipment installation.
• Good experience in Testing and Commissioning of Process Utilities.
• Experience in other utility systems is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Email.
• Excellent project control and people management skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities
