Job summary

A leading insulation service company in Singapore is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee marine insulation projects. The ideal candidate will manage site operations, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and deliver projects on time. Applicants should have a Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, and at least 3 years of relevant experience. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential. Preference will be given to candidates with Marine Shipyard experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in site management, preferably in marine sector.
• Familiar with Singapore’s safety regulations and MOM requirements.
• Candidates with prior Marine Shipyard experience will be an added advantage.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Manager to oversee and coordinate our insulation projects exclusively for marine sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site operations, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and manage daily site activities.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, workers, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.
• Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) regulations.
• Monitor project progress, resolve site issues, and report to management.
• Manage manpower allocation and materials planning.
• Ensure quality control and timely completion of works.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities when required.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management / relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in site management (Insulation in Marine Sector preferred).
• Familiar with Singapore’s safety regulations and MOM requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Candidates with prior Marine Shipyard experience will be an added advantage.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
• Saturdays: 8:00am – 1:00pm
