Job description

The Construction Site Manager shall be responsible for planning and executing construction works, managing construction supervisors and temporary works, and ensuring adherence to contract specifications.

Lead and manage a team of project engineers and supervisors involved in the construction scope of work.

Oversee and coordinate with sub-contractors for construction activities.

Ensure site safety and security by devising and implementing relevant policies and procedures.

Set project goals, oversee project progress, and track assignments to ensure timely completion.

Handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Ensure compliance with company policies, government regulations, and contracted service level agreements (SLAs). Maintain up-to-date licensing with relevant authorities.

Communicate effectively with clients regarding products and services.

Experience & Education:

• Minimum of five (5) years of construction experience, including at least three (3) years managing projects of similar size and complexity.
• Experience managing infrastructure projects such as depots, underground metro, or road tunnels (e.g., LTA projects).
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Over ten (10) years of experience in the construction industry.
