Job Brief:

We are seeking a responsible Site Lead to be the central point of contact between Employees, Customers and the Company. Assist the Head of Operation in performing site observation and ensure operation procedures are strictly adhered to. Proactively, gather site findings to find the best resolution to prevent work distribution to Customer business.

The Site Lead's responsibilities include working closely with our Head of Operation on developing procedures, including brainstorming improvements needed on site, and meeting the time frame of individual task schedules. You shall perform various important coordinating tasks from the LCC office and employee challenges and update feedback from the ground.

To succeed in this role, you must have a strong understanding of work, excellent time management, and communication skills, as you’ll collaborate with internal teams to deliver results before deadlines.

Ultimately, the Site Lead’s duties are to ensure that all voices are sounded out to be followed up closely with the management, and to assist Head of Operation to complete tasks within the timeframe. To keep a lookout for any other business opportunities.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for submitting KPI to clients not later than the 1st day of the calendar month.
  • Collect, compile, verify, input a total number of OT hours into a spreadsheet for multiple clients, and submit overtime of workers to HR by the 5th of every month.
  • Arrange medical/all‑required tests for multiple clients once a year when HR prompted around August or September, estimating time 5 hours.
  • Work with the Logistics department closely on any logistic item to ensure proper documentation is in place.
  • When there is an incident at the site, prepare the draft report to LCC WSHO within 24 hours. The report includes a narrative, findings, root‑cause analysis and recommendations to prevent recurrence. Arrange immediate medical assistance if there is an injury. Conduct a stand‑down at the site. Expected to respond immediately to be on site and submit the report within the timeline.
  • Conduct site walk for job observation every week. This is to provide guidance and enforce that SOP/RA or stop‑work order are adhered to at the ground level.
  • Clarify with HR Department on explaining work‑related issues to workers (e.g. any enquiries about wrong salary, low salary, requests to increase salary, requests for more leave days).
  • Submit worker home leave application form to HR executive with Operation Executive approved signature and planned duty roster. Operation Executive shall then inform workers to purchase their flight ticket and deposit $500 before collecting their passports 3 days from the HR executive before their flight.
  • Compile a document and fill up the pass application to submit pass application to the Terminal every year.
  • Collect and submit services chit to the Accounts Department for billing.
  • Provide guidance to the ground Supervisor/foreman/worker on new implementation of digitalisation.
  • Ensure Terminal Site Supervisor/Foremen completed daily reports using Microsoft forms.
  • Attend daily huddles conducted by the Head of Operations and pass changes to daily huddles conducted with the terminal site Supervisor/foremen.
  • Attend and respond to workers’ requests and feedback, recording them (e.g. daily huddle, Microsoft forms, WhatsApp messages).
  • Ensure all required training for the terminal.
  • Any work‑related matters delegated by head of operations to individuals (e.g. new system implementation, forms, briefing/sharing required).
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Executives are leaders for the company, requiring strong leadership skills like coaching, interpersonal skills and management expertise.
  • Able to plan tasks within the timeline, with limited resources and processes to improve efficiency.
  • This requires strong organisational skills, such as the ability to manage time, delegate tasks and assign deadlines.
  • Able to converse well with customers and workers such as presentations, and conduct training.
  • Certified WSH Coordinator (Advanced Certificate in WSH Level B safety course).
  • WSQ Advanced Certificate in learning and performance 2.0 (ACLP 2.0) – Preferred.
  • Certified Train the Trainer.
  • Minimum valid Class 3 driving licence.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Oil & Gas industry in operation role.
  • Computer literate (e.g. Microsoft Office).
