Job Description:

As a Site Foreman / Site Supervisor , you will work closely with the Project Manager (PM) to manage site operations and coordinate with sub-contractors and workers on all general construction activities — including formwork, concrete casting, rebar installation, and reinforcement works. You will play a vital role in ensuring that site activities meet quality, safety, and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications; brief subcontractors and workers accordingly.
• Supervise and guide site workers on tasks such as lean concrete preparation, formwork, and rebar installation.
• Manage inspections and supervise concrete casting works for basement slabs, walls, and columns.
• Ensure proper site housekeeping and compliance with safety protocols for all on-site activities.
• Assist with manpower and resource planning, deployment, and daily tracking of man-hours.
• Coordinate the timely delivery and availability of materials, equipment, and resources.
• Prepare and submit daily allocation and progress reports.
• Receive, inspect, and order site materials as needed.
• Enforce adherence to safety regulations and best practices across the site.
