Job Description:

This is a full time role for a Site Foreman (Construction) located in Ubi Ave. Our clients are in the construction industry. This role involves full project management and coordination for both new and existing projects, ensuring proper monitoring of manpower allocation, project requirements, and attendance at relevant meetings. The person will be responsible for preparing, discussing, and reporting on project schedules, budgets, and cash flows to the management, while also tracking project progress weekly and forecasting monthly revenue and expenses. They will define team roles and resource needs—including staff, software, hardware, and equipment—based on project specifications and timelines. The role requires maintaining strong client relationships by identifying their needs, evaluating solutions, and enhancing satisfaction. Additionally, the individual will lead the project team in prioritizing tasks, managing obstacles, and aligning resources with strategic goals, while ensuring that the project schedule is well-documented and clearly communicated throughout all phases.
