Job description

Summary

1. Developing and managing maintenance schedules, ensuring that all maintenance activities are planned and executed efficiently.
2. Coordinating with various departments to ensure minimal disruption to operations and maximizing equipment uptime.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Manage of Maximo Master Data: Review project equipment and instrument lists to ensure accuracy and completeness. Manage collected data within the Maximo system, ensuring data integrity and reliability. Identify and resolve discrepancies or issues encountered during data collection and verification processes. Work closely with project teams, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
2. Develop Plan and schedules for all Facilities, Utilities, Equipment and Instrument maintenance work execution.
3. Coordinate with system owner, process owner, end user, operations, engineering, and other departments to plan and schedule maintenance activities.
4. Ensure all maintenance activities are performed in compliance with quality, safety and regulatory standards.
5. Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
6. Manage maintenance resources, including personnel, tools, and materials.
7. Prepare and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment history.
8. Assist in the development of maintenance budgets and monitor expenditures.
9. Provide Maximo support and training to maintenance personnel.
10. Develop Maintenance & Calibration Work Process SOPs and provide support to staff on these processes.
11. Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities.
12. Other duties as assigned by manager

Requirements and Qualification

Education：

Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field).

Experience：

1. Minimum 2 yrs or 3 yrs for Diploma, of experience in maintenance planning and scheduling within the pharmaceutical industry and cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices).
2. Strong knowledge of Maximo management systems and software.
3. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements in maintenance.
