Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Organize materials and ensure site safety and cleanliness.
• Supervise crew members and subcontractors on site.
• Prepare time and material cost estimates and monitor budget.
• Provide technical advice and improvements on projects.
• Draft schedules and communicate adjustments to workers and clients.
• Oversee quality control and document reports for stakeholders.
