Job summary

MANITUDE INTERNATIONAL CONSULTANCIES PTE. LTD. is seeking a project-focused professional to develop detailed designs, conduct feasibility assessments and oversee site inspections, ensuring plans meet client needs.

You will research estimates, review regulations, monitor safety and compliance, liaise with clients and subcontractors, and manage budgets, resources and deadlines, including quotes. Weekend/public holiday work may be required.

Qualifications

Experience in project management, budgeting and resource planning.
Ability to prepare quotes and manage deadlines.
Familiarity with government regulations and safety standards.
Excellent verbal and written English communication.
Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

Develop detailed designs for projects.
Conduct feasibility assessments and site inspections; prepare and implement project plans.
Research and provide estimates for projects; review government regulations and ordinances.
Monitor and optimize safety procedures, production processes, and regulatory compliance.
Make recommendations or present alternative solutions to problems.
Confidently liaise with clients and other professional subcontractors.
Perform project management duties such as managing budgets, resources and deadlines; acquiring and compiling quotes.
