Job summary

BHUVAN CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. invites applications for a Site Engineer / Project Engineer to support engineering and construction projects in Singapore. The role covers site operations, project coordination, progress monitoring, and documentation.

The candidate will review drawings, coordinate with clients and subcontractors, and ensure safety and quality on site. Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office is required, with at least 3 years' relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree in engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of site/project engineering experience.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Ability to read engineering drawings.
• Willing to work at project sites in Singapore and 6 days/week.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support day-to-day site and project activities.
• Assist in planning, coordinating and executing engineering and construction works.
• Monitor site work progress and ensure activities are completed according to project requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, subcontractors and internal project teams.
• Assist with manpower planning, deployment and coordination.
• Review engineering drawings and provide technical support for site activities.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor work activities.
• Prepare and maintain project reports, records, documentation and progress updates.
• Assist with quantity measurement and project-related documentation.
• Follow up on outstanding works and coordinate with relevant parties for timely completion.
• Support project planning and implementation.
• Use AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint for engineering and project-related activities.
• Ensure site activities comply with applicable safety requirements and company procedures.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong coordination and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a project team.
• Willing to work at project sites in Singapore.
• Able to workday or night shifts depending on project requirements.
• Willing to work 6 days per week.
• Knowledge of Workplace Safety and Health requirements in the construction industry will be an advantage.
