Job summary

CHIU TENG CONSTRUCTION CO. PTE. LTD. is seeking a site supervisor to support on HDB (BTO) and LTA projects.

The role involves supervising structural and architectural works on site and coordinating with consultants, contractors and suppliers to ensure timely execution. You will produce weekly site progress reports, attend site meetings, and ensure compliance with authority requirements. Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills are essential to succeed in this team-based

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience on HDB (BTO) / LTA projects.
• Building and Architectural experience.
• Conquas Knowledge.
• Good organizational and planning skills.
• Effective communication, coordination skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist in site supervision of structural and architectural works.
• Coordinate with consultant RTO/RE and with contractor and suppliers on project implementation issues.
• Coordinate for project planning, documentation and execution on site.
• Produce weekly site progress reports.
• Attend subcon meetings and conduct site inspections to ensure quality control per authority requirements.
• Coordinate all submissions.

Job description

• Reports to Project Manager
• To assist in site supervision structural and architectural works
• Coordinate with consultant RTO / RE.
• Coordinating for the project planning, documentation and execution of works on site
• Coordination, supervision & monitoring the progress of the project works on site, manpower mobilization, materials planning & ordering
• Coordinate with the contractor, suppliers on all project implementation issues and attend site meetings when required
• Coordinate for all submissions
• Produce weekly site progress reports
• Attend subcon meetings, conduct site inspection on work progress to ensure quality control in accordance to meet authority requirements
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in HDB (BTO) / LTA project
