Requirements:
5 years of engineering experience with a Degree in Civil Engineering
PE board recognized Bachelor degree in Civil/ Construction Engineering

Responsibilities:
Plan and ensure all implementations are carried out in accordance with the project timelines and specifications.
Coordinate and liaise with co-workers from different trades and departments to ensure works are carried out smoothly and without clashes with other trade works.
Study all related construction drawings, prepare any necessary construction method statements including technical proposals, and raise any RFIs required early before implementation of the actual works.
Liaise with clients for site inspections, submission of necessary technical reports, and maintain all required records at the sites.
Plan the sequences of the construction operations following the Project Quality Plan.
Attend all necessary site progress meetings and internal meetings.
Responsible for safety, quality, and progress of subcontract works.
Keep track of submission status such as shop drawings, materials, samples, method statements, and all other technical submissions.
Carry out resource planning, machinery allocations, and equipment management on a daily basis.
