Requirements:

• 5 years of engineering experience with a Degree in Civil Engineering

• PE board recognized Bachelor degree in Civil/ Construction Engineering

Responsibilities:

• Plan and ensure all implementations are carried out in accordance with the project timelines and specifications.

• Coordinate and liaise with co-workers from different trades and departments to ensure works are carried out smoothly and without clashes with other trade works.

• Study all related construction drawings, prepare any necessary construction method statements including technical proposals, and raise any RFIs required early before implementation of the actual works.

• Liaise with clients for site inspections, submission of necessary technical reports, and maintain all required records at the sites.

• Plan the sequences of the construction operations following the Project Quality Plan.

• Attend all necessary site progress meetings and internal meetings.

• Responsible for safety, quality, and progress of subcontract works.

• Keep track of submission status such as shop drawings, materials, samples, method statements, and all other technical submissions.

• Carry out resource planning, machinery allocations, and equipment management on a daily basis.
