Job summary

JRZ Engineering & Construction PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Site Supervisor to assist the Construction Manager and lead on-site teams. The role focuses on daily planning, scheduling, and coordinating subcontractors.

You will ensure safety, maintain documentation, manage MTO/LOM, and disseminate technical specifications. You will be involved in all site meetings and liaise with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead site teams (up to 25 persons)
• Site supervision, establishment of daily reporting, planning and scheduling of daily activities, coordinate subcontractors, etc.
• Establish good relationship with all relevant parties
• Ensure site safety & compliance to authorities' requirements
• Ensure Site required documents are in good order
• Site supervision and able to coordinate well with sub-contractors, Development of Procedures, detailed Engineering calculations, drawing, and specifications.
• Plan monthly work schedules and set productivity to be achieved
• Conduct Material Take Off (MTO) and management of List of Materials (LOM) to monitor the progress of projects
• To main and disseminate technical specifications to the superintendent and supervisor.
• Involved in all site meetings
