Job summary

Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Site Engineer for an established Singapore-based builder. You will coordinate site activities, supervise works and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to quality standards.

Located in Ubi, the role offers a 5.5-day work week and a salary of S$4,500 plus AWS. You will lead project teams, manage resources, schedules and budgets while maintaining client relationships and reporting progress to management.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant project management experience.
• Main contractor experience in residential project management (HDB, condominiums, landed properties) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate site activities and supervise works to deliver safely, on time and to quality standards.
• Lead and coordinate projects by managing resources, schedules, budgets and client relationships.
• Prepare, discuss, and report project schedules, cash flow and budgets to management.
• Track and report weekly project completion status to monitor progress and identify risks.
• Forecast and report monthly project revenue, expenses and key metrics to support financial planning.
• Define and assign project roles and allocate necessary resources.
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and strengthen client relationships.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand needs and evaluate solutions.
• Lead project teams to prioritize tasks considering priorities, obstacles, budgets and deadlines.
• Establish comprehensive schedules for all project phases.
