The Job
  • Work closely with project managers to plan and execute site operations, ensuring alignment with project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Oversee contractors and trades personnel, monitoring construction activities to maintain safety compliance and operational excellence.
  • Assist in preparing project schedules, execution plans, construction and installation methods, and maintain accurate site records and updated drawings.
  • Collaborate with safety personnel to enforce government regulations and internal safety procedures.
  • Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to resolve site issues and ensure smooth progress.
  • Attend client and subcontractor meetings, provide progress updates, and ensure all project documentation is complete and current.
The Talent
  • Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Civil Engineering or Project Management (or related discipline).
  • Minimum 3 years' project management experience in landed housing or bungalow construction.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills to work effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
