Job summary

Woh Hup (Private) Limited seeks a Site Engineer to assist the Project Manager with site progress, manpower planning, and coordination on building projects in Singapore. Key duties include monitoring the master construction programme, supervising engineers and foremen, and ensuring compliance with quality procedures and safety standards.

You will prepare detailed site plans and method statements, resolve drawing discrepancies with the Technical team, coordinate subcontractors, and help deliver

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
• At least 3 years' experience on building projects.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and review master construction programme and prepare catch-up schedules.
• Supervise engineers/foremen and ensure quality procedures and safety standards.
• Prepare detailed site programmes and work instructions for construction to meet deadlines.
• Resolve drawing discrepancies with the Technical team.
• Coordinate between subcontractors/vendors and monitor manpower/material/equipment demands to meet schedules.
• Plan all site works including schedules, methods, and forecast resources; control wastages.
• Liaise with Consultants on submissions related to structural works and Technical Department.
• Ensure site works are completed to high quality and safety requirements.
