Job description

Responsibilities:

1. Assist the Project Manager or Project Engineer in the daily execution of work.
2. Inspect construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
3. Enforce site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries.
4. Supervise the work of sub-contractors and in-house workers.
5. Work closely with other site operations staff to meet the project schedule.
6. Ensure installation is carried out as per construction drawings.
7. Monitor the progress and quality of work performed by workers.
8. Ensure that works are executed within acceptable standards of workmanship.
9. Attend daily toolbox meetings and convey clear instructions accordingly.
10. Understand and ensure compliance with project requirements and scope of work.
